Elder Mello, a seasoned professional in the Pharmaceutical Industry, embarked on his career journey in 1983 as a Sales Representative at Merck S/A (Dexacitoneurin). Through invitations from various companies, he progressed through the industry, working with Searle Pharmaceutical (Cytotec), Degussa-Labofarma, and eventually attaining the role of Account Manager (Key Account Manager) at Kabi-Pharmacia-Sanofi Aventis, Rhodia Pharmaceutical (Taxotere), and Bristol Myers Squibb.
In the Oncology segment, Elder Mello showcased his expertise, achieving Sales Champion in 2001, for the launch of Taxotere (Docetaxel) and, later in 2002, with Taxol (Paclitacel) at BMS.
In 2003, he resigned from Bristol Myers Squibb to dedicate himself to industry consulting. This marked the transition from consulting to entrepreneurship, where he played a pivotal role as a founding partner in successful ventures such as CION – Integrated Center of Oncology in Porto Alegre, Neo Clínica Oncologia in Curitiba – Paraná, and Mem Holdings in Curitiba – Paraná.
In 2019, Elder Mello founded the MVE Business Hub in Sacramento, CA, United States. Through this venture, he brought knowledge about the Medicinal Cannabis segment to Brazil. As the headquarter of MVE Business Hub, based in Curitiba – Paraná and a partner of TM Pharmaceutical S/A in Miami-Florida, he successfully launched two cannabinoid products in the Brazilian market in 2021.
Over 3,000 patients have been treated in the past two years with remarkable results in pathologies such as Alzheimer’s, Autism, Anxiety, Depression, Panic Syndrome, Sleep Disorders, and others.
As associates of Casa Hunter (13 million patients), the largest organization dedicated to the treatment of Rare Diseases in Brazil, Elder Mello and TM Pharmaceutical are actively prospecting business opportunities with a focus on assisting patients, including those with low purchasing power, through Casa dos Raros based in Porto Alegre. In 2024, they will commence actions in the Cannabinoid Unit to aid these patients.

MediGlobo is inviting a select group of cardiologists to become Translumina Ambassadors. Each State is going to have a nominated Ambassador, recognized by its influence and experience on the cardiology field. This ambassador will have two main objectives. The first one is to provide information and technical support to the distributors in the state and be the representative of the brand on the main cadiology events. The ambassadors will be responsable for assisting in the first uses of Translumina products and assure its correct uses, providing feedback on market opening and avoiding implantation problems.
The second goal is to provide information to MediGlobo about the market needs, new technologic features and new products on the market. This way MediGlobo can keep in touch with transluminal and update the commercial strategies based on the market changes.
Distributors have very high TARGET GOAL and MINIMUM PERIODIC PURCHASE AGREEMENTS that are not consistent with market performance.
